    Stay

    The half-board stay includes breakfast (served at any time of day) and a daily meal (free choice of main course menu at lunch or dinner).

    A 10% service fee is charged on room rate, packages and extras.

    Check-in/Check-out

    Rooms can be occupied from 2pm. Check out must be done until noon (12pm).

    Restrictions

    Casa Acayu only accepts guests from 14 years.

    Prices

    Rates vary from the following base prices (exceto holidays, special events, Carnaval, Christmas & New Year”s Eve);

    Superior rooms: from R$ 840 (low season) and R$ 980 (high season)

    Bungalows and Deluxe Apartment: from R$ 1.190 (low season) and R$ 1.490 (high season)

    Payment

    In order to confirm the reservation, the guest must provide proff of a deposit of 50% of the total stay. The remaining amount, plus service charges and extra items must be paid at the end of the stay in one of the following ways:

    • At sight, in cash or credit card
    • In up to 4 (four) checks

    For Holidays, Special Events in the region, New Year’s Eve, Christmas and Carnival reservations, the deposit policy is different. Please inquire by e-mail.

    Cancellation policy

      • Except for Hlidays, Special events in the region, New Year’s Eve, Christmas and Carnival reservations, Casa Acayu (Acayu House) undertakes to return 50% of the deposit when a cancellation is notified 60 days prior to the check-in date or more.
      • The deposit will not be refunded if reservations are canceled within 60 days of the check-in date.
      • For Holidays, Special Events in the region, New Year’s Eve, Christmas and Carnival reservations, deposits will not be refunded, regardless of reason or date.
